Petrol stations at borders can't sell to foreigners

From Friday onwards, petrol stations at malaysia borders will not be allowed to sell petrol and diesel to foreign vehicles. They had made the decision to ensure that subsidised fuel was only enjoyed by locals.

The ban would take effect at petrol stations within 50km of the northern and southern borders. Affected border states included Perlis, Kedah, Perak and Kelantan and Johor in the south. Will you travel 50km up north to pump now?
