Ingredients
3 Tsp Oil
100g Canned Ginkgo nuts, drained
1 Small red pepper, cut into diamond shapes
6 Shitake Mushrooms
1 1/2 Tsp Chicken Seasoning Powder
2 Stalks spring onion, cut into small stalks
2 Tsp water mixed with 1 Tsp cornflour
Instructions
Heat oil in wok, add ginkgo nuts, red pepper & shitake mushrooms, stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Than add in chicken seasoning powder & stir well. Lastly, add in the spring onion & cornflour mixture, stir quickly for another 1 to 2 minutes.
