NO Nothing Signage

Passer-by of Jalan Kayu towards Yio Chu Kang, are you not curious of this NO nothing signage?

Anyone happen to know what the signage is trying to tell us? Someone please enlighten us. This is the first time seeing such signage & the Basic Theory book is not updated with this NO nothing signage. Even SSDC (Singapore Safety Driving Centre) didn't know what the sign meant.

Are we all outdated? Or its another innovative idea by LTA's scholars asking buses to skip the bus stop ahead? Signage inspired by the UNO Skip card!!

Reply from HDB:
The sign is a pedestrian crossing prohibition sign, just that the sign has faded and its pending replacement.
