The heavy rain caused this carpark to be flooded, and motorists literally had to wade through shallow pools of water to get to their vehicles.
Why an estate that is barely one year old is grappling with frequent flooding?
It has been a regular occurence in the estate, with Sunday's 18 Nov flood being the most devastating. Residents were shocked when they took the lifts to the basement as the lobbies were all flooded to ankle level. The elevated slope to the lifts failed miserably to hold back the flood water.
The residents where so disappointed when there's no action been taken by the authorities.
