Did i see wrongly or Mocca not filtering?

Was reading some forum post when someone posted this URL link from the new MediaCorp's advertising site - Mocca.

Someone by the name of Ricky Edkoh had somehow made an indecent post which goes like this.

"Looking for part time girlfriend to hang out with. Ladies who need money. Age from 17-25. Pleasant face with sweet smile.Can earn up to $100 per hour or $4k per month. Email me at edkoh2000@yahoo.com"

Should Mocca perform some kind of filtering??
