Ingredients
• A Pot of Overnight Cooked Rice (1.5 ~ 2 Cups)
• Carrot, Corn, Peas, Celery, Onions & Mushroom (To Your Own Preference)
• Luncheon Meat (Half Can)
• 2 Eggs
• Italian Herbs
• Chilli Flakes
• Salt
• Garlic
Instructions
1. Cut Carrot & Celery into Cube, Shred Onions & Mushroom into smaller pieces
2. Cut half can of Luncheon Meat into Cube
3. Mix Carrot, Celery Cube with Corn, Peas & Shredded Onions & Mushroom together
4. Beat 2 Eggs with a pinch of Salt, Italian Herbs & Chilli Flakes
5. Heat up frying wok with some oil & smashed Garlic
6. Stir fried the Luncheon Meat Cube till cook
7. Add in Overnight Rice & Egg Mix
8. Fried till rice turn light brown & add in all the Vegetables Mix
9. Stir fried for another 3~5 & its ready to be served
