Ingredients
• 120g of Ice Jelly Konnyaku
• 500ml of Water
• 3 TeaSpoon of Concentrated Bird's Nest
• 1 Can of Lychee
• Some Ice Cube or Shaved Ice
Instructions
1. Boil the 500ml of water till bubbling & add in the 120g of Ice Jelly Konnyaku.
2. Stir well until Konnyaku is fully dissolved before cease boiling.
3. Pour it into a round bowl & allow it to cool for 5min.
4. Add in the 3 TeaSpoon of Concentrated Bird's Nest into mixture.
5. Stir well & allow it to harden in the fridge for at lease 30min.
6. Add in the Lychee & Ice Cube before serving.
Or
Step 1 to 3 unchanged as above.
4. Stuff the Lychee with Concentrated Bird's Nest.
5. Add the Stuffed Lychee into the mixture, Stir well & allow it to harden in the fridge for at lease 30min.
6. Add some Shaved Ice to the Jelly before serving.
