Great Refreshing Retail Sales Experiences @ Courts

This is too much...

We saw an All-In-One desktop PC that was on sales last week at Courts Tampines & we head down just an hour after their sales started.

The advisement on the newspaper said that the warehouse sales was on the 2nd floor. We went there but the staff there told us that the item is not on 2nd floor, but on 3rd floor. We went up to 3rd floor IT Dept to check out but the IT staff on 3rd floor instructed us to go to the 2nd floor as all the sale products are there.

We went back to 2nd floor again & ask. Now the same staff shown us where the product is & said that we need to get a ticket for this sales item at 1st floor. Since there are still 4 units left on the shelf, we went to 1st floor counter to get the ticket, but the staff at the counter said they don't have the tickets & they don't usually do unless its on the weekends where there's alot of crowds. We were told once again to go 3rd floor to get the tickets.

After that, we decided not to buy anymore... What a great refreshing retail sales experiences!

On Courts website, they said that "Our Primary Interest Is Yours", but I personally doubt so. Their objective is to ensure customer get what’s best for them. Their product specialists are trained and tested on everything they sell. But how come the staff we met don't know a single thing? Even the product on sales is on the shelf beside him but he don't even notice.
