Please do not make or answer any call while driving, even if the car is stationery at the red light traffic junction.
Silly me just made a call at a red light junction without sensing the Traffic Police is just beside me. It so happen that my bluetooth is out of batt & I really need to make that call :(
Morale of the story is, you must always make sure your bluetooth is fully charge or not low batt when you need to drive & talk. If not, switch your mobile to silent mode & forget about making or answering any calls. This is going to cost you alot of points.

Didnt you try appealing!!?? if this was your first traffic police case, you have some chances to be discharged from this case upon appeal
