Work load is getting heavier & heavier as time passes by. Another colleague had decided to leave the team in times of an head count freeze. He's not changing to a new job, but to take time off to relax back in China. He's not the first, but forth & he will not be the last.
Sometimes its so stressful that you need to pamper yourself alot just to drag yourself to work everyday. Like one of my colleague had said, did we just missed the fine print on our contract before signing it? That we are required to have 4 heads & 8 hands to do this job?
As you can see, my friend here had decided to in-plant the Intel Pentium D processor so that he can fulfill the fine print on his contract.

The idea of taking time off and just relax is so tempting to me too. ha ha . Just a change of scenery can do wonder.
A change in scenery.. Its always easier to said than done.. With the current market downturn, got a job is good enough already.
