Last Sep, while I was collection my Uniform, Police (not TP), came by & booked my car for illegally parking along the roadside. The shop was just 10 ~ 20 steps away from the roadside & the carpark was full. The other carpark was faraway at the HDB block there. Anyone in the right mind will park along the roadside for just a while to make the collection.
I've received the Notice of Traffic Offence & appealed to the Traffic Department in Oct last year. For 3 months, there's no news about until recently. I've received their reply that the fine will be waived for this time. Are they really so busy that they need 3 months to process a simple offence?
