Hainanese Curry Chicken Rice (海南咖哩鸡饭)

After moving out to my own home, other than having more area cleaning & more clothing for washing, there's also more cooking too.

Been cooking a lot this few days trying out new recipes & today, I've tried cooking the Hainanese Curry Chicken Rice for dinner. Judging by the look, do you think its Yummy? Well, after a few bite, the taste is not really fantastic but lucky still edible. If not I'll be dead hungry by now.

What should I try tomorrow? Soup maybe? Hasn't eaten Bak Kut Teh (肉骨茶) for some times liao. Maybe should try it.
