Prudential going to fall next?

When I was making payment for my Christmas Logs & Flower, the sales person told me that NETS has declined! I'm sure that I have at lease $800 balance in my account, but what happen? Too busy with the Christmas Party, so didn't check that day.

Today, when I checked my account, Oh My.. Prudential had deducted the premiums twice for this month! But they had already refund. So bad of them, never call to say sorry too. Must make my Agent buy me some drinks.. Haha..

Prudential said a technical glitch had caused the Giro banking error which resulted in the premiums for this month to be deducted twice. Prudential sincerely apologize for the error and the inconvenience caused to their policyholders. They will reverse the extra deduction and credit the bank accounts by Dec 26.

Prudential declined to give further details on the glitch. It is still investigating the source of the error and the number of affected customers. It is believed that only transactions done on Tuesday were affected by the glitch.

Despite technological advances, glitches do happen. But is this really a glitch or someone is desperate for money?
