What if Singapore IR is to be stopped?

Recent market meltdown has taken many big firm down by storm, and the Marina Bay IR by Las Vegas Sands was affected too. Was it god's will that Singapore are to remain as a stainless land?

According to Sand, completing Singapore casino is their number one priority, as for their developments in Macau, it will be halt till further notice. Maybe there are too many casino in Macau already & in Singapore, it exclusive.

The Marina Bay Sands development is scheduled to open in Singapore by the end of next year. But last friday they had file with US regulators sparked doubts about its financial health.

Las Vegas Sands' US-listed share price has plummeted from $148 last October to around $8 this month on worries about its debt burden. But the company said it was "in the process of" raising an additional two billion US dollars in funding commitments.
