Slowness @ Long John Silver

Its been a long time since I had Long John, but their service are still as slow as ever. Was at Long John a couple of weeks back just to have a quick bite before the movie. We only have 40min before the show start but the queue too me 20mins.

There are 4 counters but only 2 were in operation. The guy manning the counter front was so slow. Taking his own sweet time. After taking each order, he will wait at the bay area for the order to be ready before topping the drinks & collecting the cash. So much time wasted especially during dinner time. The Cook even stood by the bay waiting for orders. Aren't they suppose to be able to multitask?
