What's the world's respond to the soaring fuel price

Will Oil really hit US$150 a barrel before summer end? We can see from the news that there are alot of people making noise in other part of this earth, but here... we are suffering in silence everyday. Now every time I go to the pump, it's going to cost me $90 as compare to last time $56 per tank. Not to mention on the Airline fuel surcharge..
