Dumpling Replacement

Recently my mum got a new stall selling Bian Mian & one of it dish was Dumpling Soup Noodle. Having almost the same dish name with the stall beside hers, the Wanton Mee stall uncle was not happy & requested us not to use the word "Dumpling". They are selling Dumpling Noodle.

After a few days of research & asking around, it seems impossible to replace the word "Dumpling" in any way. If I were to use those funny names, guess it will not be long that the signboard will be posted on STOMP!!

Do you have a replacement word for "Dumpling" & the dish name would not sound funny? The only I can think of is "JiaoZi", using Pin Ying.
