Since the last quake on 14 Sept, the island of Sumatra was rocked again yesterday.

A strong earthquake rocked Indonesia's island of Sumatra on Wednesday, but no tsunami warning was issued and no damage or casualties were reported.

The 6.4-magnitude earthquake, centered 26km under the seabed some 164km northwest of Lais in Bengkulu province, struck at 2:27 pm (0727 GMT). Experts have said that aftershocks could continue to rattle the region for two weeks.
