O$P$!! Is this getting common nowadays?

Ever since the police had busted the loan shark group that sent hell's notes to the neighbours, they have resorted to vandalizing! For my block, this is already the 3rd or 4th address being written. Life are hard, just hope that they won't do anything extreme like locking the gate with thick chain, splashing paint or setting the unit on fire.

Come to think of it, is there any database that flat buyers can reference to to check if the unit that they are buying has no history of persistent loan shark harassment? Many people shifted, but the address on the NRIC is still the old one & the new occupant will have to bear all this shit!! In order to seal the deal, some property agent will not tell you this.
