NSF arrested for leaving camp with bullets loaded rifle

Full Time National Serviceman Corporal Dave Teo Ming triggered a islandwide security alert on Monday night after he walked out of his Army camp with his SAR-21 assault rifle drawn for guard duty and it's loaded with several 5.56mm ammunition.

After a 20-hour, 200 officers manhunt, police arrested the 20-year-old NSF at 8pm at Orchard Cineleisure, a cinema cum shopping complex in the heart of the Orchard Road tourist belt. They also recovered the missing rifle and ammunition and will investigate the case under the Arms Offences Act.

What is he up to?? Although we are not leave our "Wife" alone, but this is not a wise way too.. Unless he's thinking of shooting someone or he's testing the system!
