Five cars were vandalised in a single night in this multi-storey carpark at Punggol Edgedale Plains block 131. They suspect that the vandal struck on Monday night and the car owners have separately lodged a police reports.
Punggol used to be relatively crime free, but the intensity of this attack warrants a serious look at security in HDB carparks. Will HDB or Town Council take any measures like install Security cameras or increase patroling in MSCP? To fight crime?
