Guess alot of your out there have already heard of this scam, but recent post at some forums has onces again alerted their reader about this White or Blue Van roaming around Carparks touting. Trying to sell you a home theatre set that cost $5000 at only $300.
Good buy you may think, but why are they so willingly to let go at such a cheap price? Don't you get suspicious? Personally, i've seen them twice, the first time was at Tanjong Pagar Complex Carpark, when i'm collecting cakes from my friend's cake shop & the other time was at Ang Mo Kio Central Carpark behind the temporary bus terminal.
Their Scam has no impact on me as i'm not really into solid home theatre system, but my poor little brother did. A filial act that succeeded their scam. Having in mind to replace our current home theatre system, it turn out that it's just another normal home theatre system.
You have been warned.. Beware.. They are out to cheat!!
