Does being in the Budget Terminal equate to getting a budget car park?

On 27 Mar, the carpark gantry got stuck when some exits the Budget Terminal Carpark. There was a total of three gantry but all were jammed with car trying to exit. Cars then slowly built up over a period of time and some driver was pressing the Help button in a bid to rectify the situation.

Those helpess motorists were stuck there for about 45 minutes before help arrive. 2 Staff came, look at the gantry & they tried to force open the barrier but to no avail. To those trapped motorists, it seems like they didn’t know what they were doing. Awhile later, a technician finally came to "release" the trapped.
